A Study Of Supervision Mode About Construction Quality

The construction industry has become one of the fastest expanding industries in China since the reform and opening up. Along with the development of the industry and the expansion of investment, construction quality has become a hot issue to the society as well as a management emphasis of the government. Under the complexion, it is an exigent problem to solve that how to supervise the building project effectively and assure the qualities of them.At first, in this article, I analyse the main frame of the supervision mode, the main body of the management, the complement system, the supervision mode and the management mechanism deeply, aimed at the existing supervision mode of the engineering quality in China. On the base of these, I develop the mainly problems in the existing supervision mode of the engineering quality in China.At second, I analyse and conclude the experience of the supervision mode about engineering quality in some developed countries such as the USA, Germany and France. , sum up the primary characters and successful experience of the supervision mode about engineering quality in the developed countries and bring forward the advantage which can be useful to perfect the supervision mode in our country. Then, based on comparing and studying the supervision mode, domestic and overseas, analyses the position which the existing supervision mode of the engineering quality in China faces, and give some further suggestions about how to make the supervision mode perfect in China which has definite reference value.Then, I emphasize how to develop the estimate system of the supervision, construct the estimate model using AHP method and Fuzzy Mathematics theory, and analyses the feasibility and...
