Problems And Countermeasures Of Supervision Mode Of Quality Safety Station In Yichang City

The process of urbanization is inseparable from the development of the construction industry.A good level of construction project supervision reflects the hard power of a city.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has entered a period of vigorous development,and the socio-economic environment is changing with each passing day.Due to its special industrial characteristics,the construction industry has a long construction front,large differences in construction conditions,extensive management and other problems,which affect the difficulty of construction project supervision.In addition,due to the large number of projects and large total investment,once a safety accident occurs,it will have a serious impact on the whole society,the public and even the environment.Moreover,due to the characteristics of one-time construction,the whole construction period is irreversible,Therefore,strengthening the research on the supervision of construction projects has very important theoretical significance and practical value.Yichang City,as the vice central city of Hubei Province,has made outstanding achievements in the field of construction project supervision in recent years.Whether it is the first to implement the reform of "release,management and service" or the adoption of the construction industry credit system,Yichang city’s construction project quality and safety supervision has always been in the forefront of Hubei Province.Therefore,a correct understanding of the current construction project supervision mode of Yichang City,Studying the current situation of government supervision,analyzing the policies with highlights in Yichang’s construction project supervision,analyzing their shortcomings and reasons,and putting forward relevant policy suggestions,which have certain practical value and theoretical guiding significance.Based on the relevant literature research at home and abroad,combined with their own post experience,this paper transforms the academic theoretical research results into the source power to promote the optimization of Yichang construction engineering supervision,which will play a strong role in promoting the coordinated and scientific development of the whole Yichang construction engineering industry in the future.Based on the analysis of the project construction supervision mode from the perspective of the government,taking the literature review as the basis of the writing and research of the thesis,this thesis focuses on the characteristics and current situation of the construction project quality and safety supervision mode in Yichang city.It is found that the current safety and quality management supervision effectiveness of Yichang quality and safety station is insufficient,which is mainly reflected in the unequal rights and responsibilities of government agencies in quality and safety supervision The object of safety supervision is single,the quality and safety management mode of construction projects is backward,and the level of supervision and law enforcement needs to be improved.The main reasons for these problems are the unclear positioning of supervision institutions,the non-standard government supervision and law enforcement procedures of project quality and safety,the disadvantages of entrusted law enforcement mode and the backward operation means of quality and safety supervision institutions.In view of these problems and their causes,this thesis puts forward the basic idea of optimizing the supervision of construction projects by Yichang municipal government,which is to clarify the positioning of construction project government supervision institutions,improve construction supervision laws and regulations,further clarify the power and responsibility of supervision station,and optimize the self construction level of Yichang quality safety station.
