At present,stub matching precast method is underway in practice interiorly,the correlation studies are in initial step. It is very important value to the comprehensive study which combines practices on construction technology of box girder segment's stub matching precast and cantilever erection; The application of vacuum aid grouting technology bring forward higher requirement to segment's joint's airtightness, and there is no experience to consult for this situation all over the world; there are many external prestressing force's subject studies, but most of them are about the details and in small scale. There is no plentiful data to verify suggestion of the code or other material's rationality for the key parameter of external prestressing force, specially friction lost of the duct. The backgroud of the paper is SuTong bridge 75m span continuous box girder. The main contents are follows:(1)The modeling method of the 75m span continuous box girder bridge is discussed; the detailed analysis of the cantilever erection stage is done; the analysis of temporary prestressing's correlative question is done also.(2)The unitized technology of box girder segment's stub matching precast is studied, the core questions are the line shape control theory and its practice method. The experiences are generalized in the paper.(3)Glue joint is discussed, the joint's airtightness question is put forward to sutong bridge's erector for vacuum aid grouting technology's application. the joint's airtightness experiment is done. vacuum aid grouting technology's prosperous application is ensured by the experiment.(4)Construction technology of cantilever erection with mechanical erector is studied. construction technology of cantilever erection is supervised by the calculation result.(5)Key parameter of external prestressing force's friction lost of the duct is studied by external prestressing force experiment. k=0,μ=0.13 is strongly suggested.(6)Steering block analyzing model is established by APDL modeling technology of ANSYS. some conclusion is gained by the result. The source code of APDL is applied for craft brother's study.(7)The valuable reference is put to similar engineering.
