Under the push of electric market demand, several domestic large-scale boiler producers successively developed the new stove type of a batch of 600MW grades boiler. At the same time, the board girder is getting huge with the grade improving of boiler, which bring board girder's design , manufacture, transport and construction a series of new subject.The technological problem of dividing board girder into two in the height direction and then connection on the spot has been solved. But the implementing of research of dividing board girder into two in the length direction has not been reported in the boiler trade at home and abroad. Based on the current progress on board girder's connection, the main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Four kinds of element i.e. beam element, shell element eight nodes solid element and twenty nodes solid element are used respectively and the results are compared. Eight nodes solid element is better than others considering both precision and calculating time. 2. The research of computational analysis to simplify calculating is done. A model that satisfy precision and calculating time requires is get. 3. Systematic analysis to various kinds of factors which influenced junction frictional force losses is done. And the concrete influence values to frictional force losses of various kinds of situations are drawn. 4. The revised method of designing in accuracy calculating is put forward, which is reliable to design the joint connection of the above board girder J. 5. An introduction to the application of prestressing technology in the board girder is made, so as to design the above board girder J. 6. Based on the above achievement, a secondary development software developed by APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language ) parameter language is get, which is high-efficient, practical, accurate and reliable. It can improve working efficiency greatly on the connection design of board girder.
