Research On The Starter/generator System Based On PMBLDC Used By Motorcycle

With the development of power electronics and novel electrical machine, the starter/generator system has been getting more and more attention. It has been a very important part of the aircraft and automobile power system. During the start-process,the motor is used as the electromotor; After the process,it is used as the generator.At first, the functions of average electromagnetic torque and torque ripple are deduced in the case of armature. The variety of torque character is analysed from the side of electromagnet.Secondly, the whole control-system is designed. In the case of high current, a seires of theoretic analyse and simulation experiments are done around the election and protection of the Power MOSFET. According to the particularity of this system, this paper designs the circuits around the control-chip and the drive-chip, accumulates some experience about the applications of the correlative chips.Thirdly,from two sides of the phase commutation and the location of Hall sensors which effect the start capability, a serires of research and analyse are done. According to the correlative theoretic analyse and real waves, propose that the structure of"fake rotor"should be adopted.At last, the whole hard-ware system are conformitied and debugged. The two kinds of waves of which a motor uses the"fake rotor"and another not uses are contrasted and analysed. The waves of different loads during the start-process are recorded and contrasted. Some problems of the experiments are resolved.Based on the theoretic analyse, this paper does a seires of researchs and analyses on the key star part of starter/generator system., resolves the start of the engine in the case of the full load. A firm pace is strided forward on the road of producting the whole system.
