Based On SolidWorks Modularization Design And Research For General Reducer

Although the computer aided professional software and methods of modular design is applied in a lot of fields such as Machine, Architecture, Decoration, Costume, there have no a mature, gather modularization with CAD in integral whole of in general reducer design system. Along with the increasing popularity of computer and the forming of the status of market economy competition, the user's request for the standardization of Reducer Product, standard design and high speed in the new product development is becoming more and more severe. The traditional kind of manual design apparently appears incompetent for the newly demand, and consequently, the desire for intelligent Reducer CAD system is growing rapidly.This paper make a comprehensive investigation on the methods about further development based on SolidWorks, and by using the general technology of CAD system development, a set of Transmission CAD system is builded, and the method of about reducer module demarcation and relationship design based on GT (Group Technology) is proposed. The details of this paper are as follows:①Based on the deep study on the theories and the kernel thought of modularization design, the paper establishes the general flow of modular design about reducer. The main contents and results of this paper are outlined as follows. Put forward the concrete system to divide the reducer module.②The procedure of traditional kind of manual design is concluded and mathematical optimized. Realizes the calculator manage of the fuzzy parameter.③The kernel thought of GT is introduced, and the reducer module code system based on GT is established.④The functions of Reducer CAD system are analyzed and the function model of it is builded.⑤The technical knowledge of reducer design is summarized and the different way which is used to handle them is introduced.
