Automatic space warehouse is one kind of the complex automation control systems which integrate with machinery, computer, control, examination, electron and correspondence disciplines, it is very important for modern physical distribution. Stacker is the most important delivering device, which influences the efficiency of making space warehouse meet the designing requirements and reflect the advantages. The product design technology of reducing the cost and meeting the user's needs rapidly is meaningful for raising the performance of the enterprise and strengthening the market competition ability of the enterprise. But at present the mainstream means of the field of mechanical design remains in the AutoCAD to represent the number of two-dimensional graphics software design stage. Heavy workload, repetitive work, accounting for 80% of the entire design time to draw up the two-dimensional engineering plat is exist, and the design process is not intuitive, the design error is not easy to find.The paper takes a series of general the railroad aisle of taiyuan gangyu logistics engineering co.ltd as object (the following calls the stacker), develops the model template and drawing templates, standard parts library materials based on Visual Basic6.0 of parts and assembly, divides the stacker into modules of the beam components, column and the under beam based on the rapid design theories, establish the parametric model and the corresponding project plan template of the various modules based on the modular theory , researches on the structure of the stacker based on the development tools of SolidWorks2010, Visual Basic6.0 and Access database, establish the respective procedures by using the technology of parametric modeling and the technology of assembly schematic diagram, uses the technology of borrowing parts, develops rapid design system of the stacker based on modularization. The system raises the design efficiency greatly and accords with the development requirement of the modern advanced design method.
