With the development of some industries, such as petroleum, natural gas and so on, and the popularization of running water supply, the pipeline transportation plays more and more important role in the national economy. Meanwhile, because the age of conduit grows and the pipeline has been eroded, as well as the artificial reasons, the contretemps from pipeline leaking are happened frequently, which causes resource has been wasted seriously, and the environment has been polluted, furthermore, leads threat for people's life and property as the dangerous matter leaked out. Therefore, it is significant that establishing a set of effective detection system for pipeline leak, to avoid or to reduce loss as far as possible.From the experimental angle, this thesis established the detection systems for the experiment of pipeline leak. On the one hand, it offers the essential research for the pipeline leak detection utilized actually; on the other hand, and gives the references for other students to study and research the technology pipeline leak detection more deeply. Based on the current methods of leak detection and the several new short-term technology achievements, this article mainly includes the research as following:Consult the related references widely and with the test system as the foundation, build the experimental platform in the laboratory, to simulate normal operation as well as the leaking condition when the pipeline transports the liquid practically. Through understanding the leading existed pipeline leaking method and correcting reality, chooses the negative pressure wave that units with flux method to carry on the leaking detection. In order to achieve the experimental target, writer has carried on the data acquisition card matching and correlated debugging of the important instrumentations.Because the experimental pipeline is the short, in order to locate the leaking point accurately and to call for keeping an extremely strict over the absolute error during locating the leaking point, namely requesting that the data acquitted can reflect the change in the extremely short time.
