Recently with the rapid development of equipment, the application of pump with transducer, balance valve and thermostat changes the traditional situation of heating system. The heating system with metering has been gradually developed in our country. The regulation mode will be liberated from traditional mode when the system is not keep constant flow rate or operated with variable flow rate on different phase. The essential reason of this change is that the variable of the system's heat load is not only the outdoor temperature, but also the users'behavior mode and random heat source because of users'individual regulation. This change eventually leads to the transformation from the traditionally static regulation to dynamic regulation.The"typical room"is established for users using the specific heat particle method aiming at the character of variable work condition of indoor temperature under the regulation mode of user's behavior with room-metering heat supplying in this dissertation. Indoor temperature variety under the faction of inside and outside interference is simulated and analyzed for heat users using indoor air as the research object, the principle and the character under the system dynamic characteristic.The users-group model is brought forward based on typical room in the dissertation. The choice of radio of addition load is emphasized aiming at the issue of not ensured room, rational choosing suggestions are given; each of the three heat preservation methods for inner wall is analyzed and compared, two heat preservation methods for external wall are analyzed and compared.The dynamic simulation software module for thermal work condition and the design of interface are completed by using Matlab. The application area of the software is introduced, which includes the optimizing of users design load for users-group, the feasibility analysis of heat preservation handling of building envelope for users in users-group and the simulation analysis under the condition of variable circulate for users-group users.
