Research Of Integration Method Of Householdheat Metering And Room Temperature Adjusting In Central Heating

From 2008 to now,30 billion have been appropriated by our government finance to the north heating region for metering and energy saving existing retrofit of residential building. But the application of heat metering has many problems. A large number of metering instruments can’t play a role only as decoration. Hence, it is urgent to make through investigations and to find the way of settling the problem of heat metering.By investigating the application of the heat metering systems in engineering, the thesis is focused on energy efficiency and economical analysis of heat metering, also the applicability of the regulation method for measuring heating system, proportionality of the heat consumption, charging allocation, and the problems of the two-part heat tariff.This thesis has analyzed the characteristics of different household heat metering systems and methods. Different buildings should use different forms of heating system and heat metering. How to select and apply heat metering is issues needing to be solved to implement charging policy of the household heat metering heating system.The reasons of the heating pipe network hydraulic imbalance has been explained, at the same time functions and applications of several conditioning equipment have been stated. The combination of active qualitative regulation with passive quantitative regulation, active qualitative regulation with passive quantitative regulation of grading change flow, and grading change water supply of constant temperature with passive quantitative regulation are suitable for the regulation of household-based heat metering system.Only using a simple measurement of heat charges on a system is not fair. The method is a part of the heating charge from the user’s heating area, the other part of heating charge from the user’s heating measurement. Propose three sharing method to solve the problem of heating cost and income not marching, combine production cost and income, making users use heat as need, pay as heat meter, achieving heat fee distribute fairly in all users.Through the practical engineering researches the thesis further discusses the existing problems and the resistance, also proposes several measures to promote the development of heat metering in our country.
