Precision centrifuge is a test equipment of inertial navigation which is used for calibrating characteristics of accelerometer with high-overloading. The accuracy of acceleration generated by rotating centrifuge have direct influence on the calibrating precision of accelerometer. The accuracy of acceleration generated by rotating centrifuge lies mainly on the precision of the arm radius and the angular velocity stability of spindle. If there is any imbalance in the rotor of precision centrifuge, the arm radius and the angular velocity stability of spindle will be influenced by the vibration generated by imbalance. So it is necessary to design the precision centrifuge dynamic balancing system which is used to eliminate imbalance in the rotor system of centrifuge and diminish the influence of imbalance on system precision.It is necessary to balance the arm with static balancing method before dynamic balance of precision centrifuge. Because if the imbalance of the arm is too big, it will generate a relative big centrifugal force. Then the supporting system will vibrate with the influence of centrifugal force. It may damage the rotor system, and cause serious and unnecessary loss.According to the characteristics of precision centrifuge mechanical structure, the precision centrifuge dynamic balancing system was realized.The precision centrifuge dynamic balancing system is composed of data acquisition, data analysis and disposal, imbalance calculation and executive part. The performance of the data acquisition system have direct influence on the balancing precision, so high performance capacitance displacement-measuring instrument was selected as measuring transducer. Data is filtered in high-speed data acquisition channel, so it could satisfy precision and real-time standard. In the part of data analysis and disposal, two group of data acquired by capacitance displacement-measuring instrument should be merged into each other at first, then the first harmonic of vibration generated by imbalance should be separated from these data information by Fast Fourier Transform algorithm.
