Precision centrifuge is test equipment of inertial navigation which is used for testing and calibrating the accelerometer, its accuracy directly influences the calibrating accuracy. The dynamic radius of the precision centrifuge is an important parameter which is for evaluating the integrated accuracy of precision centrifuge.Based on the dynamic radius testing of the QLS2-18 linear acceleration analog revolving table which is developed by 303 institute in Beijing, the testing method of dynamic radius is analyzed in detail.On the basis of analyzing the insufficiency of the existing testing methods, a new method which uses capacitance micrometer as a measuring basis is put forward and feasibility of this method is analyzed and demonstrated. The measuring principle and the detailed method are designed in the dissertation. The mechanical, hardware, software parts of the testing system are demonstrated in thorough detail. The main works are as follows:1. On the basis of investigation and paper work, the concepts including working radius, static radius, and dynamic radius of precision centrifuge are clearly demonstrated.2. On the basis of the analysis and comparison of existing test method of dynamic radius of precision centrifuge, taking the features of the QLS2-18 centrifuge into consideration, a new method which uses capacitance micrometer as a measuring basis is put forward and feasibility of this method is analyzed and demonstrated.3. A whole testing system including the mechanical part, hardware part and software part are well designed.4. A series of experiments including linearity calibration, repeatability calibration, stability and dynamic performance experiments are carried out in order to guarantee the fine signal tracing ability of the testing system.5. According to the features of dynamic test and error, the factors leading to errors are analyzed and categorized. The preliminary error process of dynamic radius is carried out. QLS2-18 precision centrifuge dynamic radius testing system is well designed and used by 303 institute. Through long running, the system shows fine performance, high stability and high accuracy. The big success of the testing system settles the 303 institute's problem and becomes an advanced technical method in the field of dynamic radius testing of precision centrifuge.
