Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) system has become mainstream product in the servo system field because it has more advantages over DC motor servo system. With the progress of micro-electronics and power electronics and the maturation of new control strategies, AC servo system has changed from analog control method to digital.In order to analyze the characteristic of PMSM field-orientation control system exactly and optimize the controller parameters, the linear model is established and transfer functions of each unit are deduced. Then, principle and realization of electronic gear are researched. Complex control is implemented for improving position controller dynamic characteristics, and its validity is acquired by simulation and experiment. By analysis of the factors of current odd, a real-time compensation method is presented based on pulses to minimize linearity of power inverter. In addition, voltage space vector pulse width modulation is discussed and implemented based on DSP in this thesis.Finally, design solution for PMSM system is implemented based on Lattice's ispLSI1032E and TI's TMSLF2407A. A novel current sensing IC is adopted to avoid temperature drift of A/D converter, and current sampling is realized by virtue of high speed DSP. A effective self-start method of PMSM is presented, which uses complex encoder inside motor by adding a section of initial routine. ispLSI1032E is used to achieve a converter for interface signals, which processes instruction pulses and gives the results to DSP. In this system, lots of protecting circuits are designed in order to ensure it runs safely and reliably.Additionally, this system is simulated by Matlab/Simulink, and experiments are also accomplished. The results show its advantages---quick orientation, high reliability and low cost.
