| Human reliability is an important factor to the safety of a system, especially in nuclear power plants (NPP). The author implemented a lot of studies on the 1st generation Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) method, especially Human Cognitive Reliability (HCR) model. Using HCR model, the author analyzes the data got from the Qinshan NPP simulator experiment and also makes a compare between the Qinshan result and the US result. According to the compare, the author generates the relation betweenσvalue and HI types, and some suggestion is given to the Qinshan NPP.
