The Research On Information Coding Of Maintenance Evaluation System On Homemade High-Speed Train

The overall start on construction of the high-speed passenger transportation special line indicated that Chinese railroad has already entered into the age of high-speed passenger transportation. Reasonable and sound maintenance system is one of the basic premises to ensure the fast,safe,comfortable, efficient circulation of high-speed trains. The Ministry of Railroad has already drawn up maintenance system schemes on the soon-starting homemade high-speed trains, which,however, was almost made up from a brief combination of the foreign prototype maintenance system. No scientific and systematic methods exists to analyze and evaluate whether it is scientific and reasonable or not.Based on the present situation,this paper developed in the following points. The general frame of maintenance evaluation system was set up and designed, and the unified coding criterion on the parts and faults of homemade high-speed trains was drawn up with information coding theories. The database model was designed, and the search algorithm and the coding system were drawn up. The related database was created and the system feasibility was analyzed. In short, the paper laid foundation for the development of the maintenance evaluation system.On the basis of the large database Oracle9i,the coding system of the parts and faults, according to the unified coding criterion ,developed a coding system with superior function to generate a unique ID for the parts and faults. It was convenient for the evaluation system to call the data and information of the parts and faults. The sound search function ensured customers a quick understanding about the coded information. As a main module of the maintenance evaluation system, the coding system achieved the target that the maintenance evaluation system was coded.
