At the end of 2002, SARS broke out in and round China. During that period, hospitals became the main place to spread bacteria. The infection ratio of nurses and doctors, up to 20% in Beijing and Hong Kong, even came to 30% in Taiwan. In the process of producing aerosol contamination, it kept a high infection ratio of nurses and doctors, the percentage of infected nurses and doctors in all patients. So, limiting the spread of SARS in the hospital has been the most important problem to be resolved of the world.A lot of experiences on clinic and researches suggest that: the main methods to spread respiratory infections are droplets and bacteria diffuse in air. So, ventilating is an important way to avoid bacteria spread in respiratory infectious zone. The targets will mainly focus on the air distribution in the ward and pressure controlling of function room in disease zone.In this paper, following the characterization of bacteria of which the main approach to spread is air, it concludes a series methods to avoid infection of nurses and doctors, including designing principal of zone partition,designing of people and Distribution logistics,the controlling of pressure difference between two abutting rooms,diluting ventilating and in door air distribution. The value of pressure difference,air quantity of pressure difference and diluting air quantity in isolated ward are mainly analyzed.Then, according to calculating principals of fluent ventilating network to integrate building and ventilating mechanical, the building ventilating network modal is set. And, following the characterization of respiratory infectious zone, it suggests basic principals to node,branch partition and network sketch and branch resistance calculation. Finally, it comes to the Numerical Solution of respiratory infectious zone ventilating network in Newton Iteration Method from the equations of flux equilibrium of nodes,single circle pressure balance and connection of branch resistance.In this paper, ventilating project of negative isolated zone in infectious hospital, for instance, the program of ventilating network calculation is used to calculate air quantity and pressure difference in each air conduct and the results are analyzed. It is found that the air quantity and pressure of windows and doors have a huge deviation from the designing value of ventilating network model in the infectious hospital.
