The submarine tunnel of the east passage in Xiamen is the first submarine tunnel programmed and constructed in our country. The geological condition of the submarine tunnel in Xiamen is so complex that the construction is very difficult. This paper analyses the key construction technology deeply combining with the construction of the submarine tunnel of the east passage in Xiamen.Because of the difficulty in perambulation and the limited methoed of perambulation in the submarine tunnel of the east passage in Xiamen, the verasity of it is bad. The paper compares the construction method, the level of modern construction technique and the work condition in the spot in China with those in foreign countries. The paper suggests that it is suitable to use the method of the geology forecast system that named"combining length and short, combining physical exploration with drilling exploation"and researches on the implement. It's easy to make tunnel collapse because of the construction in the tide interstratification, faultage, total and strong weathering slot of superfical burying and the soft earth of superficial layer. This paper studies the reinforcing methods and rational ways of construction in superficial burying of tunnel without collapse and sudden. It also researches how to provent and deal with sudden mud and water. Water seeps through the cranny of cingulums of basical rocks seriously. To control that, the paper studies injecting slurry technique of leading purdah and radially injecting slurry technique of concretion in stratum. Weathering slots traverse totally, partly and under the different place in the submarine tunnel. In the weather slot, the intensity of rocks is law; the ability of self-stabilization is bad; Seeping destroy happens easily. Therefore it analyses and forcasts the mechanical behaviors of the construction of weathering slots through tunnel in order to make sure the safety of the construction and stabilization of the around mud. The paper uses FLAC3D2.0 to establish the calculating model of limited member to analyse the data of mechanical behaviors of the drill and burst method.
