Eastern route is made up of Yangzhou near the Yangtze river as the source,use the Beijing-Hangzhou grand canal and with its related parallel channel to channel the water conveyance project,connected,Luoma,Nansi lake Hongze lake,Dongping lake,and use it as a storage reservoir,under the action of the pump station of water,water from Dongping lake water two way.Is all the way from the Yellow River flows into the north of Tianjin,another way is by Jiaodong area water mains introduce Huang Jiqing channels,supply water to the Jiaodong area.In recent years,with the steady development of economic society,people are engaged in production activities more active than ever before,the high-speed economic development at the same time,because people development light environmental protection,many security infrastructure construction does not reach the designated position,security caused great hidden danger to the environment,the major sudden water pollution accidents occur frequently is the historically inevitable reflection,and this kind of sudden pollution accident is different from general environmental pollution,it has no definite discharge mode and approach,are sudden,ferocious,or short time there were a lot of pollutants in an instant,caused serious pollution and damage to the environment,to the people's life and national property security caused heavy losses.As a result of the existence of this kind of sudden water pollution accident,to ensure normal water diversion and water supply water quality guarantee.To solve above problems,based on the eastern section of the Nansi lake and Dongping lake basin is the same(herein after referred to as section)channels as the main research object,in DHI-on the basis of the hydrodynamic simulation Mike11,using a one-dimensional hydraulic numerical simulation technology,using the AD module(quality)of DHI-Mike11 various typical sudden water pollution simulation,to the water quality monitoring of different pollutants and arrival time needed for the channel exit is forecasted,and provide technical support for the sudden water pollution accident emergency management and the effective judgment,has strong theoretical and practical significance.Its contents include:(1)Of the eastern route on water quality survey and risk analysisThis study based on section of river water quality risk source investigation and analysis,according to the same segment of the source of the pollution sources,water inlet,outlet,the category of pollutant and migration,etc.to investigate affect the main pollution sources and pollutants of water quality safety,analyze the main risk source affecting the water quality changes and sudden water pollution accidents pollution sources are most pollution location,for complex long distance water conveyance system of sudden water pollution simulation prediction to provide basic basis.It is the same.(2)Establish eastern section of sudden water pollution water dynamics modelOn the basis of the investigation analysis on period of risk assessment,sudden water pollution water dynamics model is established,through the simulation of hydrodynamics characteristics of several typical working conditions,is aimed at Liang Ji canal and LiuChangHe river hydrodynamic simulation,model to simulate the working condition of two kinds of normal condition and stop pump conditions respectively.For long distance water diversion channel real-time monitoring the change of water level and flow rate as well as the migration time,as the channel of sudden water pollution simulation study laid a certain foundation.(3)The eastern route on period of sudden water pollution,water quality simulation model is set upOn the basis of the hydrodynamic simulation,sudden water pollution,water quality simulation model is established,namely add contaminant transport water quality transformation of the dynamic simulation model(AD)model,the research of pollutants along the transformation law of realizing pollutant in different pollution to water flow,water level change of location,such as concentration,flow velocity changes water quality characteristics,and forecasts the single-stage pump station under the condition of pollution control of water level change and the concentration of the change.For the sudden water pollution accident emergency control prediction scheme to provide the reference basis.(4)The same eastern section of sudden water pollution accident emergency disposal plan researchFor all kinds of sudden water pollution accident,combined with the specific conditions along the,mainly research on the analysis of the multistage pumping stations,and under the condition of single stage pump station,group in different position of pollution,pollution to water flow under the condition of different way of dealing with emergency.On the other hand,this paper discusses the current Chinese general method emergency prevention and response to emergent water pollution events.
