| On the basis of knowing the development of several kinds of District cooling system both domestic and abroad as well as Analyzing the weather condition, system layout location and the energy condition of 2010 Shanghai Expo,The author chooses district B as a typical district to analyze three district cooling systems using in this area. The first part includes the economic analysis on the side of district energy site and the pipe system. Then this paper analyzes the main component part of the district cooling price and the main reason explaining its fluctuation in the next part. The performance and art center has been chosen to represent the customer end in order to calculate and compare the investment cost and the district cooling cost which the customer should consume during the exhibition period in the third part. In the next part this paper also calculates the energy consuming condition of these three district cooling systems on the basis of the first and second thermal dynamic principles. In the last, on the combination on the principle of energy saving and economicalization, this paper constructs a multi-index evaluation model and calculate the integrative weights of all these indexes to reach to a conclution of which one will be the best one to use in district B taking in account of both investor,customer and technology.
