The Simulation Research Of Minitype Mixed-Refrigerant Natural Gas Liquefied Device

The nature gas is considered as a kind of new first-advocated energy sources at twenty-first century for its characteristic of high quality and pollution-free to the environment. The physical volume of the nature gas is only 1/625 for the original volume after liquefied at low temperature. This doing is very convenient for its conveyance and storage. The liquefaction of nature gas has become an important and advanced technology and liquefied nature gas (LNG) have developed to a new, fast-growing industry by now. Based on the thermodynamics theory analysis,this text make an exact research in simulation and optimization of the liquefied process of nature gas,the aim of which is to reduce the sum of the power consumption and choose the sound mixed-refrigerant.At first the principle of the liquefied technology to the nature gas is introduced,then three typical cycle of modern natural gas liquefaction process and several new-type refrigeration cycle process have been introduced also. The nature gas and the mixed refrigerant all are diverse mixture, so as the pressure and temperature is changing continuously in the process, they may be in vapor phase, liquid phase or the equilibrium between vapor and liquid.According to the complication of the thermodynamic properties of nature gas and mixed-refrigerant,the author chooses the PR equation to calculate the phase equilibrium properties and the enthalpy and entropy on the basis of giving the proper rules of mixing.Meanwhile,the author selects simulation software HYSYS as the tool we used in the text,describe the principle of HYSYS simulation module and illuminated the significance of applying the simulation software into LNG field.This text narratded the basic thought and measurement used in the research in details.According to the standard of APCI,we choose many mixed-refrigerant groups which has different componet and/or proportional.This research use the orthogonal experiment method.Based on the result of the orthogonal experiment,we got some qualitative conclusion.Finally,we do some primary research of the Brayton cycle used...
