Low-voltage power line carrier communication has vast application prospect in room automation field, because widely distributed circuit and none need of rewired. However, the communication environment of power line channel is bad, whose characteristics of impedance, attenuation and noise may change acutely with time and places, bringing lots of difficulty for exploitation experiment and test of communication product. For this purpose a set of power line carrier communication simulation software and experiment platform are built and provide a group of forceful implement and unified testing environment.The paper builds the total design plan and handles the key technology by combining software with hardware. Discussing characteristics of impedance, attenuation and noise of PLCC, it has built the comparatively rational dynamic and noise model. For complex structure of high order system using by PLCC, we introduce the computer simulation form whose each part calculates simultaneously. It not only has facilitated systematic process of equivalent discretization, but also the simulation job being able to intervene in the nonlinearity link directly. Since having led into the multistep method concept in the process of improving algorithm, we have resolved the difficult problem of phase moving arousing by feedback postponing, and have improved simulating speed obviously, which having made the application of achievable software. The simulation software is mainly used to observe the wave form distortion of bottom signal communication and reliability of data transmission. Meanwhile, we build the simulation experiment equipment based on resistors and capacitors, whose topological configurations and noise characteristic can be changed flexibly by computer-controlling, which is built by forming the automation testing system with the programmed instrument, and provides a effective testing environment for products. Two systems assist mutually, and have similar operation interface. The former displays the function of system more vividly; the latter embodies systematic value more effectively and practically.By simulation curve of PLCC's simulation software and testing result analysis in great quantities, it indicates entire system being able to gain the satisfied performance data. Checking transmission quality of various equipment, the system provides a more worthy design basis for the exploitation of related products.
