The dynamic force between vehicle and track goes larger with the velocity of vehicles becomes higher and higher. And the vibrations of vehicle among components become serious. These forces have large effects on the structure fatigue and span life. The problem of key components of vehicle about fatigue damage becomes obvious day by day.This thesis presented a kind of numerical simulation method, which established the relationship between the service life of key parts of high-speed passenger car bogie and load spectrum.In many researches only rigid bodies were concerned about dynamic system of vehicle. However, the elastic deformation of the some parts should not be ignored when the demand of high speed, high- precision and high stability were put forward to the system. Thus, it is very important for the structure design and car running safe to take the flexibility of bogie into consideration when doing researches about the dynamic load and stress state of the bogie.Through numerical calculation, the dynamic load and corresponding stress were obtained. In order to get representative load, many kinds of running case were calculated, and the factors which have influence on dynamic stress were analyzed. According to dynamic stress and load, the stress spectrum and load spectrum which are universal were got. Then the service lives of key parts of bogie were reckoned. In terms of equivalent life principle, the relationship between service life of bogie and load were deduced, which provides basis for the fatigue test of bogie.The study method in the thesis is through combining the finite element analysis software ANSYS with multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK, connecting rigid bodies and elastic bodies, the dynamic characteristics and load state of the bogie were obtained; By computer simulation and numerical calculation, some typical factors that they have important contributions to the stress state were analyzed; Through the expansion of computing-load case, the representative stress spectrum and load spectrum were gained, establishing the relationship between the service life of key parts of bogie and load , forming the typical computing load case.With the combination of finite element analysis, dynamic analysis and fatigue...
