Pavement roughness creates random excitation and vertical vibration of the vehicle.This vibration affects the dynamic response of asphalt pavement, pavement roughnessmakes the decay rate accelerates, vehicle travel on uneven pavement create additionalvibration, So pavement roughness and vehicle dynamic loads exist coupling relationship.In order to further study road vibration of the vehicle, coupled dynamic model ofvehicles on the road must be studied.The paper is based on the coupling of vehicle and road and surface smoothnessincentive. The measured pavement roughness data is pretreated by using mathematicalstatistical theory PauTa. Confidence error is the standard of road segment. The paperestablish sub-surface sinusoidal function of each segment based on the theory of M.WSayers, the sinusoidal function is used as the incentives of coupled road and vehiclesmodel. Carrying out road axle load survey to get common highway truck models. Buildroad and vehicle vibration mechanical model based on the vehicle vibration theory.Using MATLAB program to calculate the vehicle dynamic load. According to theresults, analyzing the waveform parameters of flatness, vehicle speed, vehicle load, tirepressure on the influence of vehicle dynamic load. The main results obtained are asfollows:①There is a quantitative relationship between surface roughness parameters:amplitude a, standard deviation and wavelength. Wavelength and amplitude is in linewith quadratic polynomial relations; Wavelength and standard deviation is in line withinversely proportional; Amplitude and the standard deviation is proportionalrelationship.②The road average standard deviation results of pressing Confidence errorsegment is more reliable and accurate than press km segment.③The rear dynamic load and dynamic load factor of two-axle vehicle are smallerthan the front wheel; The rear dynamic loads and dynamic load factor of three axesvehicle is Maximum, the middle wheel load and dynamic load factor is minimum; Therear wheel dynamic load and dynamic load factor of four axes of the vehicle trailer isalmost the same, dynamic load and dynamic load factor of front axle is smaller than thetrailer.④Vehicle dynamic load Increases with the raising of amplitude and waveform.. Vehicle speed has great impact on vehicle dynamic load, when the speed increases, thevehicle dynamic load and dynamic load factor increased accordingly; Vehicle dynamicload and dynamic load factor decreases as the load increases, empty dynamic load cannot be ignored; Overpressure Tire vehicle create great dynamic load and dynamic loadfactor,it must be strictly controlled.
