With the fast advanced of social economic in China, some large city has emerged for development of underground space, the exploitation dimension of underground space is enlarged, and the function and sort of underground space are enriched. However, due to lack of space development planning in the vertical level, some facilities development exist unreasonable, underground facilities frequent conflicts between the space occupied, seriously affecting the normal development of underground space. To confirm the scientific and rational development model of urban underground space delamination, can not only save investment, but also improve the effective use of underground space, should be paid adequate attention. The research on this paper is mainly based on the above background. Firstly, summarize the progress in the research of the urban underground space development theory to provide the relevant theoretical support. Secondly, statistical analysis the situation of domestic and foreign urban underground space development, to identify the general rules on delamination development, then make certain the vertical stratification combining China actual urban zoning. Thirdly, choose the focus development facilities, such as underground traffic, underground public services, municipal infrastructure, production and storage facilities, to get the the fit depth of underground facilities table and development priority by research. Facilities development priority can be confirm by corresponding mathematical method. Finally, focus on four kind city region—the road, the square, the green and the construction, research the corresponding delamination development model.
