| With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, we need more automobiles.Meanwhile,saving energy and environment protection are given more attention and importance by human. The air and environment become worse and worse for the emission from automobiles.So in the field of automoboile,replaceable new-power vehicles turn out to be the future developing direction. In this situation,HEV takes its way to be the perfect transition from traditional vehicle to the elactric vehicle.HEV puts the engine and assistant unit together in one vehicle,engine and assistant unit can both or single drive the vehicle according to the different operation modes.this not only makes use of engine with its long working hours and good drive performance,but also make advantage of motor with its non-pollution and low noise.This paper mainly takes TOYTA Prius II as the reference,on this base develop a HCU(hybrid control unit) for HEV by ourselves,it includes HCU system requirement analysis,software hardware and control strategies.At last,by the hardware-in-the-loop simulation,make some test and verification to the all components of HCU.Through the HEV research from this paper,it can make us understand deeply about current latest electrical control rechnology in the automobile field,it may help our courtry to develop more new-power vehicles and automobile industrialization. |
