On the basis of mode shape analysis, dynamic analysis, ANN, ANFIS and random vibration theory, vehicle frame can be dealt with by the dynamic analysis, manufacture performance parameters for the frame can be analyzsed online, and the quality of the frame can be verified and forecasted.CAD and CAE model based on the corporation's primal vehicle frame design are built in the paper, and then the frame inherent mode shape is calculated with the help of the finite element method. White noise which is a kind of random inspirit is made use of investigating the relation between road inspirit and the important parameters which are auto speed and road grade. Accorrding to the frame inherent vibration mode shape, the weakness of the structure can be estimated. At the same time the stress of the frame is analyzed in the motordrome environment and researched the stress results, then the advice for the design of the frame and farther analysis can be provided. Some important works are described in the following paragraphs:(1) During the course of the research work, the differences of the better function module among five softwares should be considered. When some software is used, the difficulties should be settled. The methods make sense and offer the reference for the similar problems, especially, building a complex model.(2) CAE model is maken good use of calculating mode shape, analyzing static stress, calculating and validating torsion strong. By the way of analysis and research, a conclusion can be drawn that mode shapes have effect on the application performance of the frame.
