Study On Early Warning Index And Decision Making Of Power System Security Guarantee

All kinds of internal and external factors influence the security and steady operation of power system. Some occurrences may destroy system's safety, cause concatenate faults, especially make system lost stability and bring large-scale outage. So analyzing power system operation states transition and evocable aftereffect through security evaluation method, taking corresponding preventive decision measures exert an important significance on power system safety.In this paper, the qualitative security evaluation assessment indices of five power system operation states based on risk analysis is proposed, which implement the evaluation of planning network and operation network.
