Study On Highway Mountain Tunnel Construction Security Risk Early-Warning Management System

The highway mountain tunnel construction security is an important constituent of safe engineering, because it is a complex system, the factors, which effect highway mountain tunnel construction, involve construction suggestions, security measures and geology-hydrology. Its relationship is complex, and the major factors are uncertain. How to analyze early-warning manage scientifically the risk, prevent and control highway mountain tunnel construction risk effectively, reduce the loss from the risk, and enhance the social efficiency or the economic efficiency is a problem which need to solve urgently.This essay makes systematic research on the highway mountain tunnel construction security risk. Because the related study is immature, using the risk management theory and the early-warning theory in the tunnel construction item, propose its related concept and theory, realize its research and discussion. Firstly, identify the risk influence factors in the highway mountain tunnel construction with the idea of APH method. Secondly, depended on the method of extension, analyze every influence factor, establish its early-warning index system, and make research on early-warning degree, border and level. And then, according to the different characters of its influenced factors,used Monte Carlo Simulation, Grey System Theory, and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method, establish the related early-warning models, to predict the early-warning situation and send early-warning signal. In the end, develop its computer assistance system.To research the highway mountain tunnel construction security risk early-warning system is advantageous to the establishment and the consummation. Based on its different influencing factor's characteristic, use the different theories and methods separately to establish the models. This is one kind of new exploration to some extend.
