The Research On The Key Technology Of Traffic Safety

With the sustainable development of economy and the rapid increasement of mobile vehicles, traffic safety has become worse off and should be laid more emphasis on. Traffic engineers are dedicated to theoretical, technical and applicable researches, hoping to reduce the harm of traffic accident and to protect people's life and property. Based on the results of traffic safety researches home and abroad, this paper analyzes the cause of traffic accident to a deep extent and constructs the theoretic frames of the three defenses of traffic safety, reliability guarantee and the forecast of traffic safety.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1) Change the analysis mode of the cause of normal traffic accidents. From the theory of industry accidents, factors of traffic safety are introduced on the basis of traffic characteristics and accident occurrence, especially the recent research results and traffic manager, projector and environment that have been ignored due to the tradition thought.(2) With the driving adaptation detecting center founded by the traffic police in Shangluo City, the author, who has taken the measures of strict examination, improvement of teaching quality and synthetic management of traffic environment, proved the validity of the theory about three defenses of the traffic safety.(3) Based on the spatial distribution features of the traffic occurrence, the accidents happened in the S102 Road in Shaanxi province have been reduced, which has become the outstanding achievement during the traffic management in Shaanxi province.(4) The laws and legislations that are aimed to safeguard the vehicles are analyzed in the paper with the vehicle reliability theory, which enhance the safety performance.(5) On the basis of the definition of traffic safety forecast, the forecasting method and the range of its application are analyzed, and put into pratical use with Gray System Theory.(6) The safety coefficient method, which is aimed to construct the evaluation of traffic conditions using system dynamics, is proposed to modify the drawbacks of the current evaluation of traffic safety.
