The three-phase asynchronous motor has been applied broadly in agriculture, industry and people's everyday lives, however, its probability of occurring fault ranks first in all kind of electric device. With the development of principle on motor protection, the function of most motor's protection system have approached perfection, but these system just serve as a single protection device, and can't connect a network system, which makes the modification of system parameters inconvenience and the implementation of remote network control impossibility. Based on a mass of references, an intelligent protection device of the three-phase Asynchronous motor, with an Intel 16-bit microprocessor 80C196KC as the control core, is developed.In this thesis, the detailed analysis applied symmetrical component method of motor's familiar electric fault is presented, on that a high-reliability implemental method of motor's fault protection is provided according to the features of 80C196KC microprocessor; The entire circuit diagrams are designed; The system software structure been easy to implement and the monitor network system based on RS-485 bus is proposed; some graphics interfaces of the remote network monitor software developed with Visual Basic 6.0 are provided.Furthermore, according to the analysis of disturbances in the whole motor's protection system, some concrete software and hardware measures of anti-jamming are taken in the system.
