Now, pulp molded products, which replace the EPS, become the relatively perfect environmental material and develop rapidly in our country. Because of lacking uniform produce criterion, each enterprise has respective criterion, results in non-order competition state, influences the development of industry and the speed of dealing with the white pollution. The aim of this paper is to analyze the primary parameter of each step of production, make a qualitative analysis of the relation of every parameter, provide basis for later quantitative research and making uniform produce criterion.Presently, only a little people research the production flow, so the subject has the characteristic of initiation. The products mostly apply in snack package and industry package, the flow mainly includes three parts: producing pulp, molding, drying and plastic. The research of this paper only for products applied in industry package. Because of the whole production involves lots of techniques parameter and all of them affect each other, hardly in-depth studies every parameter, so the stress of this paper is to research the matching problem of waterproof agent of producing pulp process and relation between adsorbing thickness and adsorbing time of mould process. It only provides experience value of other parameters based on practical production, then briefly analyze when the value change, what will happen to the whole craft. After the research we can know: when appended waterproof agent in serosity, the use quantity of cationic starch is 0.8%~1.0%, the use quantity of rosin is 1.5%~1.7%, the use quantity of aluminum sulfate is about 1.7%, the produce can be water-repellent more than 24h, and the aluminum sulfate should be added after the cationic starch. At last, adjust the consistency of serosity up to 1%~2% with water. In vacuum adsorbing process, when the vacuum degree is certain, the thickness of the product is not increasing with the adsorbing time's increasing, but not too changes. Lastly, add some rosin will result in increasing adsorbing time.
