Molding pulp packaging products relying on its excellent cushioning properties and its environmental advantages is gradually replace traditional foam plastic packaging products. In the next five to10years, molding pulp products of foam plastic products replace quantity will be more than50%, calculating the market share of the formation of one hundred million yuan. Domestic pulp molding production equipment, the low degree of automation, the problem of energy consumption and low production product percent of pass, thus caused the molded pulp products of the production cost is too high, reduces the EPS market competitiveness, and hindered the molded pulp products in the packaging industry’s sustainable development. From paper pulp molding production process are analyzed, this paper studies the energy dissipation process energy consumption characteristics of the various process for energy saving design.This paper researches on the energy consumption of molding pulp batch process. The main work content:(1) Firstly, based on the background and the demand of paper pulp molding products, the process of production process energy consumption was studied, analysis the energy consumption characteristics.(2) The pulp in the molding pulp batch process and mixing system is analyzed, mainly introduces the pulping and energy consumption model of mixing process, design of pulping and mixing control system; Using the way of high-speed pulping medium-speed stirring pulp and low-speed put the pulp to mix poll to realize the frequency conversion control of pulping motor. Adopting secondary mixing process and forecast Smith compensator to automatic control combined with PID controller for pulp, paper pulp production process energy saving design.(3) In the process of pulp molding production, vacuum forming system energy consumption analysis and design of vacuum adsorption molding equipment control system; The analysis in the process of vacuum adsorption molding to finished product uniformity, the influence of product percent of pass.(4) In the process of pulp molding production drying process energy consumption analysis, design of drying process control system; Presents given humidity drying process of dynamic change of optimization, the three sections of the drying process is adopted to design, control of the temperature of the drying process using fuzzy PID control.(5) For pulp molding production line for energy saving design, after testing in the enterprise, through the transformation before and after transforming data contrast, prove the validity of the design of saving energy and reducing consumption, to the production process of electricity and fuel consumption have very good energy saving effect.This subject mainly research the pulp molding production equipment, batch processes, its energy consumption object of each process is energy saving design. Analysis of the key characteristics processes of molding pulp, find out the key of energy consumption, analysis its energy consumption characteristics. By industrial process modeling and optimization technology molded pulp production process each key process, performance optimization and system energy conservation research. We Adopt frequency control of motor speed technology, servo drive technology, advanced control technology such as the adaptive control of production process key process parameters, and do some algorithm simulation and experiment to prove the Energy-saving effect of its key technology. After and before the reform and transformation of energy consumption statistics, prove the effect of energy saving design.
