Study Of The Management Mode Of Tianjin Historical Buildings And Structures' Protection & Redevelopment

The historical buildings and structures in the cities of China are the precious historical and cultural heritage and the non-renewable resources. Nowadays, cities of our country enter into a new development stage. In the course of renewing and redeveloping, it is of the extremely vital significance to protect the historical buildings and structures for continuing the city history, keeping city's characteristic, enhancing the city comprehensive competitive power and the culture connotation, and going along the sustainable development road. It is urgent to build a benign interweaving mode that works in market mechanism.Therefore, this thesis first analyzed problems in historical buildings and structures'protection and redevelopment. Through comparison research, integrated system research, dynamic development research and real diagnosis-literature research, starting from the historical buildings and structures connotation, it summarized the domestic and foreign research results. Then it studied the formation mechanism and the function of the city history buildings and structures'protection and redevelopment from multiple perspectives such as legal laws and regulations, community policy, rules and regulations, joint pledge, idea consciousness, traditional custom and so on. It is also the foundation of further studies in this thesis. Later, it compared the management mode in history buildings and structures'redevelopment among different countries.Through illustrating historical construction's evaluation criteria, assessment classification and outstanding historical buildings and structures'protection and the like, taking position condition, market, social economy, traffic, tourism and other factors into account, the thesis thoroughly analyzed the influence of these factors on the historical buildings and structures'utilizing effectively, and proposed the historical buildings and structures'protection and development mode, including its development procedure, mode and strategy.After that, taking Tianjin"Wudadao"(The Main Boulevards) and Tianjin tourism markets as the example, a real diagnosis analysis was given. Finally, the related conclusions and suggestions were proposed.
