According to large units (600MW or more), coal consumption has been analyzed in this paper at first, and a statistical method which considers both history data and current data and makes the coal consumption curve closer to real units has been presented for fitting data. Then the simple, integrated and factual mathematical model has been built, and the dynamic programming and the genetic algorithm are utilized to solve the economic load dispatch. The dynamic programming has precise results and less demands for the mathematical model, but it brings'dimension disaster'when there are more units. Therefore, two kinds of improved real-code genetic algorithm which improve usual genetic algorithm in genetic parameters and genetic operators have been presented in this paper. Simulation has shown that the improved genetic algorithm has high efficiency and strong ability in global search, and can find results near the global optimal one in a short time, which satisfies the demands of economic load dispatch for real time and search precision. |
