AGC load allocation for power plants to ensure production safety, energy conservation and emissions reduction, enhance power system reliability is of far-reaching significance. This paper first introduces the development and present situation, and expounds the AGC in300mw unit as the research object, combined with the thermal power unit operation characteristics, analysis the main factors influencing the optimized load distribution between the unit and the coal consumption characteristic curve and the load distribution model was established, achieved the system model, the reasonable load optimization of whole factory.In this paper, amount of standard coal consumption is obtained as the object of discussion on the thermal power unit load-the fitting method of coal consumption model. According to the characteristics of the data acquisition is the noise and interference, abnormal data filtering processing, and using multi-objective genetic programming algorithm concrete model are obtained. The whole plant units coal consumption characteristic curve were determined, the target of minimizing total standard coal consumption and pollutant emissions, combined with the upper and lower the output of generating unit and the load balance constraints, such as load distribution model is established. Adopts two methods of solving the problem of load distribution. Respectively is a dynamic programming algorithm and the improved differential evolution algorithm (DEA). Processing by using the basic dynamic programming only consider economic load optimization problem of single objective. By the method of weighting multi-objective problem to model the economy and environment pollution, the basic differential evolution algorithm is introduced for changing operator improvements, enhance the capacity of population diversity and search, by heuristic strategy to deal with constraints in the process of solving, the simulation examples are presented. Through the Matlab programming and the simulation results are analyzed.
