| The load forecasting is a basic work in electric system programming, planning, consuming,dispatching etc, its importance have been known by us.In this thesis, problems existing in the middle of the ShanXi Province grid are analyzed seriously associated to the project, systematic expatiation about the load forecasting is proposed, detailed tracking studies are made on states of the load forecasting both in and out our country. Based on several kinds of methods, the grid loading in the middle of ShanXi Province is forecasted, which offers precise base for the construction of the grid planning. Also, the planning result and the aim of the transformation and transmission project during the period is put forward based on the loading forecasting states. Analysis and calculation are made about the planning result and the power balance in supplies and needs, by which decision-making gist to the grid constructions is provided. |
