The Ship Main Engine Lub Oil And Fuel Oil System Simulation

The Fuel oil system and lub oil system is the main part of the ship's main engine. The main engine is used for insuring the normal running condition and seaman's working and life using. It include the main engine, sub engine, onboard machine and the managment of main engine and pipline system, like fuel oil, lub oil, cooling, compressing, air and water, it's really a complex system.This article was based on the lub oil system and fuel oil system of the Dalian Marintime Intern Ship, the basic theroy is the thermodynamics. By the analysing of different heat transfer equipment and the heat transfer process of the main engine, we got the math model of the lub oil system. The pipeline system is base on the hydrodynamics theory, we got the water function model of the fuel oil system and lub oil system. In the constructing process, the system could be divided into these part: pipline model, pump model, heat transfer model, main engine model. By using the Matlab and Simulink we got the simulation result. The simulator was based on the .Net Framework 2, I used the object orientd method construct different class to reach different function. The user interface was based on the GDI+ and the DirectX.The final result and simulator could either be used as a part of the intelligence ship engine room or used seperately.
