This paper introduce a metrical technology for static parameter which can be used to measure dynamic unbalance and barycenter for fish torpedo derived from the assemble department. Dynamic unbalance and barycenter are two important parameters of the rocket-jato torpedo whose accuracy influences the locus and the striking accuracy obviously. So this task has significant meaning.According the developing level and the method for metrical technology of these two parameters, I design a metical system which integrate optics, mechanics, electronic and computer. This paper respectively narrates the measuring principle of dynamic balance quantity with dynamic unbalancing experimental machine and barycenter with integrated measuring system, and then introduce the components of each entity. The measuring result accuracy is analyzed at last. Center of mass measuring accuracy≤0.2mm; Dynamic unbalance measuring accuracy ≤ 0.5g·mm/kg.Not only this measuring system can measure all kinds of torpedo, but it can measure other similar aerial missile and cannon-shot.
