The Research Of Developing Characteristic And Planning Countermeasures Of North China Town In The Background Of Rapid Urbanization

Based on the study of country and town in north China, The writer generalize and analyses the correlativity and evolvement characteristic of society, economy, resource and environment, research the motivation mechanism of urbanization, pattern of urbanization and the process of industry transition. Then all the factors were put into effect to the physical space (the land use of city) to make sure the problems in the development and planning of country regional town.Firstly, the thesis argues the relation of urbanization, economy development and land use. The analysis to the macro-policy was combined with the theory of sustainable development and regional development and coordinated urban-rural development, by witch the writer analyses how the reciprocity of urbanization and industrialization influence the town's land use.Secondly, the thesis raises the detailed data of country and town, argues the evolvement characteristic of population concentration, industry evolvement and town land use, forecasts the condition and direction of development of country regional town. The writer points out that the level of industry structure is still low, environment and resource is restricting the industry development, the pattern and speed of urbanization is relating the status of economy development, and so on.In the finality, the writer argues the planning policy, such as new industrialization may help to put sustainable development into effect; the urbanization must correspond to the local fact and was pushed in proper sequence; by the means of "three convergence" the land resource may be used in high efficiency; the regional institution manage and exploit the space resource with together benefit or influence.
