Analysis And Use Of The Theory Of "Dialectic City"

The theory of "dialectic city" comes from the book of 《The Diatectic City》,composed by the German architect Ungers。 In the book, Ungers use his own urban planning projects to explain the theory of "dialectic city",which guides his planning. The theory of "dialectic city" can be mainly explained as the following: dividing the whole planning into elements, based on the research of the diversity of cities, using two way——"the city as complementary places" and "the city as layer", to approach the dialectic urban design, which is composed of various consideration of local, history, ecology, efficiency, form and........This article is trying to compose a mathematic way to explain the theory of "dialectic city", which makes the theory easy to understand and use; then try to check the mathematic way by the references from some famous newly urban planning projects,at the same time, use the mathematic way in some of my own urban planning.
