Better management methods and tools of enterprises are required in a market economy. ERP, combination of advanced management concept and computer technology, is universally used to improve the level of management and as a powerful tool to enhance the competitive edge. But implementing ERP system is taking big risk of failure in domestic mechanical manufacture enterprises. TOC was introduced into project management of implementing ERP in mechanical manufacture enterprises through analysis of implement process of ERP in this paper. It will help enterprises implementing ERP smoothly.Main job of this paper includes:1. It introduced theory and location of ERP, listed and concluded key points of the success of implement.2. It expatiated the definition, content and application of TOC, presented the application frame in project management of ERP implement.3. It introduced FTJ made ERP online successfully using TOC for project management. TOC was validated to improve the successful odds of ERP implement. It further pointed out that ERP would definitely reach the expecting goal if restraint factors were managed dynamically and key restrain factors were eliminated.
