As the traditional famous graduate school in space field,S-Institute-Of-Space takes part in a majority of assignments,chanese space equipments,developing and launching,for example,correspondence broadcasting,scientific detection and technique testing,remote sensing,weather,earth resource,navigation positioning,modem moonlet,manned space project,lunar exploration and so on.With the deepening of the overall reform of the country,institutional reform is imperative,this provides more opportunities for the development of the S-Institute,but also makes the S-Institute facing a more intense market competition environment.Currently,the overall unit of the project requires a significant reduction in the development cycle,after superimposed a large number of production tasks,traditional planning form of scientific research and production management model has a highlights resource conflict problem,and there is an urgent need to introduce a scientific management approach.Based on the current situation of production management of H.I.C in S-Institute,this thesis combines the H.I.C production process to study the problems existing in hybrid circuit production planning and schedule management.In the research,the key chain technology was used to analyze the production characteristics,task combing and process decomposition of the hybrid circuit multi-project of S-Institute.The multi-project planning model based on the critical chain theory was constructed.Then,the key chain technology was applied to prepare the S-Institute H.I.C multi-project plan.Finally,the plan was analyzed for effect.The analysis shows that relevant measures based on critical chain theory can improve the effectiveness and stability of multi-project planning and schedule management,solve the problem of resource conflicts among multiple projects,shorten the product development cycle as a whole,and improve the current capacity utilization rate.This ensures that the product is delivered on time.It has the commercial application value of increasing productivity in Aerospace S and the same industry.
