This paper is about lead acid accumulator intelligent charger and maintenance system of electromotion bicycle, electromotion car. It mainly includes: Analyzing charging and discharging character of lead acid accumulator; studying the best charging and discharging character curve of lead acid accumulator; working out a feasible charging method, charging mode, because it is infeasible to charge accumulators according to the best charging character curve. Based on the feasible method we designed an intelligent charger with ADuc824 which is a product of AD company being the control center. ADuc824 is a high performance MCU with ADC and DAC modules. Firstly, system collects data through ADC, then use Pi-control to get the error, at last feedback the error to system to get a closed-loop control. So that the real charge curve can be close to the best one to the maximum extent. We described the function of black casket of electromotion bicycle, electromotion car. It includes recording real-time voltage and current of accumulators, sending them to intelligent charger through UART interface. So that intelligent charger can decide the charging mode after analyzing the data. We also designed an acid accumulator maintenance system which combines VB programming technology and database technology. The system is used by electromotion bicycle, car company to mend user'accumulators periodically. It can read charging and discharging data from black casket which is equipped in accumulators of electromotion bicycle or car, draw curves according to the data, and compare the curves to the best charging character curve, by which we can know the problems of accumulators, such as lack of electrolyte, whether the proportion of electrolyte is appropriate etc. Then we can take some measure to mend them to prolong accumulators'lifespans and lower users'cost. The system stores the data to database, so we can query the data by date, accumulator serial number, get feedback information of quality of accumulators which benefits accumulator quality update.
