Construction Quality Control Of Prestressed Concrete Simple-Continuous Multi-Box Beam Bridge And Its Influence Factor Analysis

Based on the Concept and Theoretical Description of probabilistic statistics and Structural Reliability Analysis, this paper inverstigates the materials mechanical performance and geometry parmeter of Prestressed Concrete Simple-Continuous Multi-Box Beam Bridge on construction site, gets the parameter statistical properties and parameter uncertainty coefficients; this paper suggestes a new concept of Bridges Construction Reiliability; the method of using reliability to pass judgement on construction quality is studied, and use the program of MATLAB realizes the application of Monte Carlo Method on reliability analysis with high efficiency; adopts this method , analysis the bridges construction reiliability, also verify the high efficiency of this method; the parametric studies of construction reiliability is studied in this paper.Adoptes the plane computation and spatial computation , concrete box girders temperature stress is analyzed in this paper ,and the result comparison is listed. Choose Small-Simple Box Girders as study object, based on spatial computation, uses the ANSYS finite element method, study the parametric studies of temperature stress, and the influence of materials, Support Restraint and temperature mode is selective analysised. Choose three-span Box Girders as study object, the influence of temperature stress of combined stresses is selective analysised.In the end of this paper,based on the Characteristics of Prestressed Concrete Simple-Continuous Multi-Box Beam Bridge, Design and Donstruction Guide of Prestressed Concrete Simple-Continuous Multi-Box Beam Bridge is complied. This offers design methods and construction methods to ensure the quality assurance of this type bridges.
