Crossed bridge on Ridong hub interchange is the main line bridge of Ridong Hub Interchange on Heze to Caoxian Expressway with the total length of 456.276m,the interchange is divided into three parts,the superstructure of part one and part three adopts cast in site prestressed concrete continuous box beam with the span of 6×24m;the superstructure of part two adopt cast in site prestressed concrete continuous box beam with the span of 24.898+25+33+33+28+25.498m. The substructure of the total bridge adopts pile type bridge pier and ribbed plate type abutment,they are all bored pile foundation.The bridge locates on the right avertence circular curve of R=5492.125m,it is the control work of Heze to Caoxian section in Deshang Expressway.This thesis introduced general construction method of prestressed concrete continuous box beam,and from the angle of design,it introduced and analyzed the characteristics of box beam works in detail,it includes brief description of the bridge,main work quantity,technical standard,technical conditions,main materials,structure design of box beam,key points of the work,etc.it provides the basis for establishing construction program.On the basis of design analysis,construction organization plan of the project is designed,in which it gives the detailed of construction team arrangement, division of tasks,machinery equipped,construction progress arrangement;it also introduced workmanship flow through technical measures,then given detailed workmanship of basement treatment,support setup,support prepressing,formwork setup,reinforcement works,concrete works,construction of prestressed system of beam body,support removal,etc.in addition,it summarized the guarantee measures of quality and safety during construction,it is a major content of the thesis.To draw lessons from the construction,it sums up the problems during construction,on the basis of analysis of the happening reason,proposed relevant protecting measures and gives referential experience to the similar works.The main part is:disadvantages prevention for prestressed tensioning;disadvantages prevention of prestressed concrete placing and other disadvantages prevention.Finally,it proposed some points by analysis the whole process.
