Network model is established for integrated air-ground operation, based on which the operation analysis and evaluation is deeply and systematically studied with Shanghai Pudong Airport as the background.First of all, the former theries and methods of the operation analysis evaluation for airfield, teminal and integrated air-ground are summarized, and the requirement of integrated air-ground operation evaluation for airports which has more than two parallel runways is analysed.After the movement process of aircraft is researched, the integrated air-ground system is described by network model, and queuing model for system operation is built. Then the conflict resolution is analysed in detail.Further more, the key technologies as well as the general structure in design and implemention for simulation and evaluation are introduced. In the end, based on the statistical analysis on the simulation output such as delay, workload and efficiency, the operation evaluation is made. Meanwhile, nail down the main affecting factors so that the decision support is offered. Accordingly draw the conclusion that the relation between parallel runways and their operation strategy, the air traffic control separation minimum and the arrangement in flight schedule all have significant influence on the operation efficiency. The model built is applicable for airports with more than two parallel runways and the study has certain significance for the construction of new airfield, the extension of existing airfield and the optimization of airspace structure.
