A perfect measurement and calibration system is indispensable for the study of internal combustion engine, in this paper we integrate the overseas emission measurement and calibration system into Panther which is developed by yiketech, further more we add some the data acquisition modules to Panther; Electronic controlled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) is one of the most effective ways to reduce the NO_X emission; By means of the rebuilt system we study the electronic controlled EGR of the diesel engine YN4100QBZ based on uC/OS ii embedded operating system.The method of EGR adopted is to induct exhaust gas from the front of the turbo, then mix with the cooled intake air at the venture pipe. There is problem that inlet air pressure is high than the outlet air pressure, when equipped with turbocharger this problem becomes worse, but the venture pipe can solve it while keeping the engine's economical capability changed little. We ported the uC/OS ii onto C167CS using the Tasking C166/ST10 Compiler and Assembler and programmed analog output and input module, digital input and output module, the module communicating with PC by the parallel port, LED displaying module, LCD displaying module, speed measurement module. Based on these programs we completed the electronic controlled EGR system.For the sake of fulfilling the calibration task, we integrate the exhaust gas analyzer, sampling smoke meter and opacimeter into the measurement and control system of the internal combustion engine named Panther following the AK protocol; According to the ASAM-3MC protocol integrate the measurement and calibration system into Panther; Add some data acquisition modules to Panther such as RM410, RM411, RM417, RM4036; All the software has been seamlessly integrated into Panther which perfect Panther's functions; With the system run on a industry computer, the electronic controlled engine, the dynamometer, the oil consumption meter, the exhaust gas analyzer, the smoke meter, the opacimeter and the measurement and calibration system can be integrated and controlled together, which improve the domestic technical level in the domain of the measurement and control system of the internal combustion engine.We built the calibration system for the electronic controlled EGR, the system based on the developed measurement and control system. The communication software named ParallelCOMPan which runs on PC to transport the data from C167CS to Panther. This system can make online calibration, further more combined with the toolbox of matlab, and it can make offline calibration. The main task module is developed, which look up the EGR table stored in flash memory according to the status of the engine in order to always keep the best amount ofexhaust gas. In order to validate the system we have done the 13 running state test.
