Loess is a kind of typical structural soil, its special structure and special sensitivity to water effect on the characteristics of engineering mechanics of loess, this is also the special aspect of the study on mechanics behavior of loess. In this paper, the structure characteristics and the Structural strength of loess are studied by the static tests of intact loess,man-made loss and man-made cement structural loess in laboratory.Above all, based on analyzing the structure characteristics and its developing mechanism, the cement structural loess is made in laboratory, and the structure characteristics of intact loess and man-made cement structural loess are studied and the disformation characteristics of the the structure loess are comprehended with confined compression test and triaxial immersion deformation test.so the method of make man-made cement structural loess is available.Then based on the previous experience and analytics,the triaxial shear tests are carried out on man-made cement structural loess and man-made loess,discuess the key influence on changes in the structural peoperties of loess. Analyze the change regulations of the two kind loess on stress-strain relationship,pore water pressure and bulk. Structural parametric curves of man-made cement are obtained under the different test conditions and Characteristics of these curves which are displaied are interpreted reasonably in theory. At the same time this paper proposes a more simple and clear structural parameter form whose rationality is confirmed.At last,this paper deeoly researchs change regulation of structure strength and shear strength of intact loess and man-made cement .Test curve of stress-strain is fitted in different math model and fitting coefficient is given .The good consistency of fitting curve and test data proves that the mathematical models are reasonable.
