With the increased capacity of power grids and improved power quality requirements, the unit plants of the modern power grid, whether subcritical or supercritical, have all adopted the coordinated control system. However, the coordinated control strategy study of the sliding pressure supercritical unit is not enough at present, and the experience in engineering applications is also relatively small. Therefore, the in-depth study on modulating control system and coordinated control strategy of corresponding unit is particularly necessary.For a 600MW supercritical power plant unit, this paper in-depth researches control strategies of its coordinated control system, the dynamic characteristics and control thought of the object in feed-water control system, fuel control system, main steam temperature control system and so on. At the same time, the paper has optimized control programs of these critical systems. Running results show that the improved control strategy has better speed, accuracy, and has achieved good performance.
