Gas supply system is the important public facility for the city's construction and development,and it is also the indispensable substantial element for people. The calculation of urban gas supply system is relative complicated in consideration of network's modeling,the site selection of regulator station,node flow calculation and flow distribution of pipelines.There ale also many factors interacting at the flame time.In particular the regulator station location and alignment of pipe network , they are closely related to gas supply system. Therefor,it is very important and significant to make optimal design for the gas supply system.Based on the analysis and study of current water supply network calculation and transmission and distribution logistics,this paper evaluated the gas pipeline network design. Using graph theory to analyze the gas pipeline network routing problems. Based on the minimum cost spanning tree and Greedy algorithm,the paper discusses the location problem of regulator station . The aim is to reduce the system's total investment.Finally ,this model is verified by its application on engineering project of the Qirah Urban Gas Supply Network,analyzing the present gas supply network,a new blue print was put forword.Compare to the traditional design method in economy and reliability,the result shows that this method has certain practical value.
